About the company and its purpose:

 

ARS Management, Inc. dba Shaw & Associates was founded in 1999 for the purpose of providing professional management and real estate services by accredited professionals in the Las Vegas community.  

 

As principal owner of the company Glenda Shaw recognized the ever increasing need for true caring and professional individuals who pride themselves in providing the highest level of customer service.   With Glenda’s combined 30 years of experience in all phases of the real estate industry Glenda maintains the ideals of establishing uncompromising standards of ethics while producing results that protect the clients investments. 

 

ARS Management Inc. was established to provide state of the art services including digital photography reporting, customized rent rolls and budgets, version 3  “Yardi” accounting reports, and caring individuals who take pride in their services.  ARS Inc. believes in establishing “relationships” and mutual respect between themselves and the owners, tenants, fellow brokers, vendors and contractors throughout the community.
