Will learned at an early age the importance of equipment and property maintenance. 

 

He started Unique Services in Phoenix, Arizona at the request of Foodmaker, Inc. (the owner of Jack In The Box Restaurants).  Unique Services provided building maintenance and repair for twenty-six Jack In The Box restaurants and later, Monterey Whaling Company, Hungary Hunter, The Stag & Hound, and six Sambo restaurants.

 

Within the first year, the business was expanded to include landscaping maintenance and window washing services.  The business was sold after three years of growth and operation.

 

PPM Specialists, Inc. was formed in September 2003 to provide a full range of commercial property maintenance services to meet the ever growing demands for professional maintenance in all types of commercial property.   Realizing that in the Las Vegas market, many maintenance companies were barely adequate, he wanted to provide a “Because We Care” service to all of his clients.  PPM Specialists takes pride in completing each job quickly, and to the client’s satisfaction.

 

PPM Specialists is working to 'revolutionize' the Commercial Property Maintenance business by delivering repair, maintenance, and installation services in a more professional and personalized way than ever before imagined.

 

PPM Specialists offers Preventive Maintenance Programs tailored to suit each client’s individual needs, remaining cost effective for each client.  The Client Bill of Rights was created as our pledge that all PPM Specialists clients are entitled to enjoy certain rights.
