Glenda is virtually a lifetime resident of the City of Las Vegas with over 40 years of seeing first hand the Las Vegas valley grow.  Growing up in the Las Vegas environment has formed Glenda’s pride of the City as well as her personality and professionalism. 

 

Glenda started her real estate career in 1976 and has specialized in Commercial Brokerage and Management for the past 15 years.

 

In 1986 Glenda obtained her Nevada Real Estate Brokers License and created a real estate company known as Realty Connections.  Glenda successfully owned and operated this real estate company for twelve years and specialized in all aspects of real estate brokerage and commercial property management.

 

In 1998 Glenda accepted an opportunity to become the Broker and Vice President of Property Management for Colliers International of Las Vegas.  Taking the initiative, Glenda increased the Divisions performance by 40% in one year.  Throughout her career, Glenda has managed both large and small industrial parks, Class A office towers, Class B office complexes, large anchored retail Plazas, small Strip Centers, Motels, Apartment Complexes, and is currently managing several Las Vegas Strip properties.  Glenda has worked closely with institutional owners as well as partnerships and individuals.  Her experience and knowledge of the market has been an asset to everyone she works with.

 

As the Owner of ARS Management Inc. and Accredited Realty Services, Glenda personally brokers and manages with her team of professionals in all aspects of commercial, retail and office complexes.  She has pulled together a team of professionals, who, like her, care and take pride in their achievements.

 

Glenda’s real estate affiliations include IREM, actively working for her CPM designation within the year, CMG, CREW, ICSC, CCIM, and NAIOP.

 

Glenda’s personal affiliations include Ronald McDonald House where she was instrumental in the development of the home, served on the Operations Committees and was the first Director of Volunteers for what was referred to as “the house that love built.”
